OLA facilitates LEED and AEGB (Austin Energy Green Building) certification for some of the largest developments in Austin. We serve as coordinator during the design and construction phases, assembling LEED and AEGB documentation required for submittal and certification. We help the project team set priorities and goals, perform site visits, compile material research, attend project meetings, and track construction management efforts.
In tandem with our design work, we perform sustainable consulting on a wide range of projects, including some of the largest developments in Austin. We guide our clients through the new and lasting possibilities in the ever-evolving world of sustainability. Using the LEED and AEGB framework, we help to perform a thoughtful analysis of materials, site conditions, energy, water, waste and air quality to identify and understand many sustainable opportunities that are possible within a design. To truly design and construct a green building requires dedication of all team members and stakeholders. OLA offers the services to facilitate and coordinate toward that end goal.
In 2017, The City of Austin recognized OLA as an Austin Green Business Leader, achieving Platinum level.
